Overflowing bins in parks and beauty spots.
It is noticeable there is more litter at places like a Chiswick House, Dukes Meadows and other open spaces. Generally people are trying to use the bins. The problem is they are too small and too few and far between. I think people when people see bins are full they are less inclined to bother disposing of their rubbish. The foxes are tearing up the bags around the already overflowing bins. A simple solution sure is for councils to bring in more or larger wheeled bins This would encourage people to use more and prevent overspill. Although I think councils should put up notices encouraging people to take away their own rubbish to help stop spreading the virus.
