Help needed with printing

At Age Concern Chiswick we have had to close our premises because of Covid-19.  Our members have thus lost a place to meet others and ACC has lost its main source of income - hire of the premises.  We have applied for a charity grant but we don't know when we will receive a response or what it will be.  We have established an outreach programme for our members and one aspect is to send them a fortnightly newsletter.  Can anyone please suggest how we can get help with the colour printing costs that are involved ?

Hello DavidHave you had any help with this/sponsorship for this?We are the recipients of a newsletter for a small group which is just two pages which we receive by email.  I know that there are a couple of other members of the group who do not have email and so other members print it for them.  So you may be able to reduce costs like that.We also have a uni WhatsApp group.Otherwise maybe you could start a fundraising page? Something I've never done but which I have donated to for various projects.

Hello David. I first thought that you needed help finding a suitable printing company for your fortnightly newsletter. ..like say Mailbox... to keep in touch with "isolated aged members without computers.I f its help needed to finance the colour printing aspect only...or the lot..what £sum are you looking for?

Thanks for your responses.  Our best solution is to find a local printing company who will help us for free (or v low cost). 74 of our members do not have email.  The newsletter is 4 A4 sides of colour printing produced every 2 weeks - for how long ?? until we can open our premises - at least 24 weeks I guess.  So that is about 3,500 colour pages of print.  If our grant application is successful we can consider meeting the costs (not my decision alone).

Sorry - had a brain fade - the newsletter is currently 2 A4 pages.  So if it stays the same the costs and quantities are half of what I stated.

Can you not send it electronically and print the 74 on a home printer for those without email.PS. Do you mean 1 double-sided A4 possibly folded OR 2 A4 double-sided pages folded into an 8 page A5 booklet?Cant personally help but fingers crossed

Otherwise, Barley Mow Repro (Enjay Printing) next to the post office has just re-opened after being closed during Covid.  Although they will be trying to rebuild their business, they might be able to help with an affordable quote.  020 8995 7042‬Jo

Thank you all for your suggestions and support. We now have an offer of free printing - at least for a while.  We have our fingers crossed in relation to the possibility of a grant.
