Did you have a safe contact telephone number on them? If so you should get them back quite soon. Did you have your house keys and car keys on the same keyring? Very brave of you.

What a good friend you are. When she gets them back make sure she puts your phone number on them if its not there already. And maybe you put her phone number on your keys. It adds one step of security to have someone else's phone number on your keys. I've twice got my keys back in minutes when I've lost them. Knowing they'd been found by someone looking after my interests meant I could enjoy the rest of the day. For lost phones Find My Phone is a godsend. I've used that too. It saves so much hassle if you get things back within an hour or two eg cost of new locks.
