I think, if I've understood this rift in coronavirus policy, that people in England can now go roaming as much as they want and where ever they want. But people in Scotland and Wales are still being told to limit exercise and to not travel too far from their home. This means, presumably, that someone living in England cannot exercise their new found right to exercise outside England. We are back centuries to the point of the English can't cross the border. Funny that, Covid-19 doing what the SNP have thus far failed to attain.
