Garden Waste Collection (Brown Wheelie Bins)

Are these still being collected by LBH?We got one recently and it was emptied as expected the first time, but having left it out for the last two Wednesdays since, it's gone unemptied both times. Regular bin and recycling collections are fine.(Dukes Avenue, btw)
