Rental property moves during lockdown
I'm an owner occupier in W4 adjacent to a tenanted property. There is currently a partly-furnished tenancy changeover taking place, with the associated disruption of tenants moving out, end-of-tenancy cleaners without PPE, associated piles of rubbish being dumped outside for two days (already collected) and new tenants moving in imminently. It's activity that potentially heightens the risk of coronavirus spread. The government guidance on moving during the lockdown discourages it but doesn't discard it, and the guidance is open to interpretation. I have tried seeking advice from the council's helpline. I was promised a call-back last Saturday, which I chased today, but I'm not holding my breath. I'd be interested to find out if it's a one-off or whether anyone else has experienced or witnessed similar activity across Chiswick. Thank you.
