Looking for solicitor recommendation

I am looking for a solicitor who specializes in Power of Attorney & particularly familial disputes.I know that this is not the best time to be looking for one & had been trying to put it off but now realise that I need the advice of a good solicitor who, hopefully, won't charge an arm & a leg.I would be very grateful for any recommendations.  Thank you!

Bear in mind that solicitors often involve barristers and you wind up with two sets of fees.  It is possible to go straight to a barrister through the Direct Access scheme.

So  I'm unsure  from OP whether there are POA's in existence I'd still suggest talking to Gervase Harson before you go to solicitor mode.This is what he does and he's qualified and experienced, when and if he hits a sector he's not qualified to deal with  I'm sure he'll let you know.And I do speak from experience on this one.
