When I cancelled mine 3 months in. I contacted the Chiswick pool and told them I wanted to cancel. They just stop taking your direct debit for the rest of the year. But you do not get back the 3 months you have used.

It's pretty shabby behaviour. What about the people who have joined the gym who don't have the internet? It is really disappointing to compare their behaviour with that of the privately owned gyms who have treated their members with some respect.
