From my conversations/exchanges with Jason, he is getting the email orders and they are being delivered. They aren't running their usual operation - for example, the office is not staffed so the phone won't be answered. He and Spencer are very busy looking after the many plants in the garden centre, ordering plants we might want to buy, receiving email orders, fulfilling and delivering those orders. The process they'd like us to follow is: email Jason for the list of what's available; the list will be sent and will include the delivery dates for orders received against that list; put in your order; be ready for delivery on the dates in the email. They know it's not the usual form but this is not business as usual; it's business despite Coronavirus. If you can only be available to receive the order (if you don't want it left in your front garden/on your drive) on one of the delivery dates, email them to let them know. My delivery came exactly as planned with a cheery wave from Spencer as he left it on my doorstep and caught my attention behind my window while I was taking part in a conference call meeting and couldn't leave my desk. They were delivering on Tuesday and Wednesday this week so won't necessarily have had time to respond to emails.
