Letter from the PM

Has anyone yet received the letter from the PM regarding the pandemic that we were told was going to be delivered to every household in the country?

The letter is originated from GP Practice and is according to their notes as to your vulnerability.  The actual letters are sent out by the NHS and not personally by The PM.Can you bored lefties give it a break.  You are constantly harping on about petty nonsense when there are much more important things that need to be done to bring the country and the work force and the economy back into production.  Concentrate on the necessary and not biased ideology.You are so depressing.

How very rude and wrong. There is a letter generated from GPs for  vulnerable people with regard to shielding.There is another letter from the PM that is being sent to every householdPlease try and keep up.

Well it says its from 10 Downing Street on the top of the letter, and its The Prime Minister as the sender signed Boris Johnson I have had two letters from our surgery and a phone call from LBH

We shouldn't let the present crisis obscure the fact that there were plenty of 'important things' this government could have done during the past ten years to look after the country and its people, but they intentionally chose not to and need to be held to account at every opportunity so it doesn't happen again.

Can anyone explain precisely what the point of these letters is? I haven't received one so don't know what it says.

I understand that they reiterate the information that has already been given.if a further clampdown on exercise is issued today or tomorrow then the letters will be out of date The thinking behind the letter is very behaviourist. It assumes that some people who are not currently observing the rules might be encouraged to adopt them if they receive a letter from the PM. In certain circumstances, it might work. Unlikely to at the moment as the letter is being sent from a PM with a track record in lying and fecklessness.

According to 'The Sunday Times' (page 11) today the government are all at war with one another and also with Public Health England and NHS England - to say it doesn't fill you with confidence would be putting things very mildly indeed. Fascinating the nicknames that some of them have been given by their colleagues - 'Matt Handjob'- 'Robert Generic' - Dominic Raab 'Britain's Dan Quayle'. Ye Gods just when you thought it couldn't get any worse!
