A beautiful day - take care

Well done to everyone I encountered this morning on my walk.  Super courteous with everyone keeping appropriate distance and waiting for each other on the tight spots like the pinch points on Strand on the Green.Its a beautiful day and it already started to get quite busy across the river so remember to stay safe and don't forget the threat that remains out there!

A friend WhatsApp'd me yesterday saying the Police cleared Turnham Green at about 3.30 on both sides as there were too many people there too close to each other !Social Distancing folks to stay safe.

Police cleared Duke's Meadows too, around 4.30. There were scattered small family groups only.

I guess they're reinforcing the 'STAY HOME' instructionAlso on CHR this morning there's unmarked police cars on patrol stopping both motorists and people !

I suspect there will be a minority who will ruin for all and next week we will be unable to exercise outdoors.  Spain have armoured vehicles patrolling even rural tracks in Spain and hefty fines. Can only walk dog close to your house.

If the outdoor exercise ban is brought in, it will always have been the plan. This isn't about any 'COVID-19' virus. What is occurring is MUCH GREATER. Some of you will never work it out - not even when walking around naked in camp.

I think I see the worst so far yesterday evening on Chiswik back common.A couple actually dripping sweat onto the seating while doing pushups and other bending exercises with the seating frame and then standing up and wiping the sweat away from the face before going down again. I'm guessing its the followup to having done the running.
