Lost iphone on the Avenue

Hi all Ive lost my iphone on THE AVENUE between the corner of Fielding road and Blandford road while cleaning up the mess due to someone fillg up a skip with big brown cardboard that has blown all over the place. Must have fallen out of top pocket in jacket when bending over. Someone has picked it up as its going straight to answerphone and was fully charged. It is in a black solid state case which has a sliding compartment on the back. That  compartment contained a debit card and a oyster card. Annoyingly the oyster card was not registered and had about £80 loaded on the card. The normal activities for the lost card and phone have been taken TA Julian

If you log onto icloud then you will be able to see where the phone is.

Not sure its turned on as ive not used the lost iphone for years. May have been switched off. But it says my iphone is offline and ive put it into lost mode so it sends me an email as soon as it comes online.Now im not sure if that means find my phone is indeed ativated or that its been switched off when found and no connection is available

That answers the question going on in my head Gordon It must have been 10 mins from when it was lost that the phone was switched off when calling. Ive remotely turned off sim card and data and blacklisted the phone so no one can use it.

How about you text message to that phone and you say that this phone is registered and it can be located and you will call the police then?I had same experience years ago and children found it. Obviously they got scard and handed it anonymeus over .... the pain is also, I lost all my important telephone numbers .... Hope you get i back!
