Ocado Zoom Deliveries

This is a brilliant delivery service. I placed an order at 9am yesterday and it arrived at 6.15 pm . I chose my delivery time , not many slots left. I’ve been using them for some time. A minimum of £15 is all you need. It’s Ocado and Waitrose. Admittedly some goods out of stock but I got bread, chicken, veg, fruit milk and eggs. I am not going to the shops at my tender years. Plenty help from friends. But I don’t want to add to their load.

Very much agreeUnfortunately i tried to help someone to set up an account the other day and they are not accepting any new customers. I added that persons address within my account first under Addresses and then used my account to get a delivery for them. I did it that way with address just to be sure.

Ocado are currently serving 10X the amount of regular customers according to an email from their CEO sent yesterday so its little wonder that they have had to take action and stop new sign ups for the time being.

Log on to Zoom last night and this morning and no delivery slots available come back later. Its going the same way as the other supermarkets, with over a month wait.
