Is Sainsbury's website down?

I've been trying to access the sainsbury's website all day to book a delivery, but I can't even get to the website.  Is the website down, does anyone know?  Or something to do with my computer?!

website works for me they only do deliver now for customers thye have identified as vulnerable, I quote from the website here :'We’re prioritising vulnerable customers for deliveryWe’re really sorry, but we haven’t been able to identify you as one of our elderly, vulnerable or disabled customers.We’ve expanded our Click & Collect service to more locations, so you can still order online and collect from one of our stores.'end of quotethe nearest 'click and collect' location is Richmond, if that is any good

It's absolutely useless trying to book a delivery from Sainsbury's. I've been trying for the last four days. Until today I couldn't get a delivery slot. Today it looked as if I was going to be ok, until I received the message "We’re really sorry, but we haven’t been able to identify you as one of our elderly, vulnerable or disabled customers".  They invite you to get in touch if you're elderly or vulnerable and think you should be on their vulnerable customers list. Trouble is you can't get in touch. They only give a freephone number, which is constantly engaged, and no email address. I emailed the address from which I received confirmation of my online account, and received a messagelabs reply to the effect that the recipient address was rejected. I'm just amazed that after several weeks of unusual demand the supermarkets still haven't got their act together.
