Keep spirits up! Say "good morning"
Early the other morning I was walking past Fullers feeling a little grumpy having slept badly the night before. As a lady got out of her car and our eyes met, "good morning"she said with a pleasant smile. I replied and off she went to work at Fullers.I felt a little less grumpy so I thought I would try saying "good morning" to the few other people I passed on my way.By the time I got to my destination I had had an exchange with about three others. They all smiled back. It's only a small thing but it made me feel better and I others to I hope.Instinctively you will know when and when it is not appropriate so why not give it a try in these troubled times?
