Parking permit overcharging
I recently renewed my parking permit. This took a time to arrive as it was wrongly addressed and went via Twickenham. However I was charged £160 for a second vehicle, although there did not seem an option to choose this - last year mine was the first vehicle. I thought my husband may have been quicker to renew his permit, but he has been charged £160 too. I am claiming a refund but wondered if this had happened to others?
