Yoga for older people
Just a reminder, if you haven't seen our flyers around Chiswick, that our chair yoga classes are continuing for 4 more weeks: on Thursdays at 10.15 at The Friendship Club, Oxford Road North, W4 4DN - behind Carfax Court. Now only £5 a session. Do give it a try!
