Dear Brutus Returns to The Questors Theatre
The play about second chances gets a second chance

A play by JM Barrie which had to curtail its run at The Questors Ealing due to Covid-19 is returning for another run.
Written by the author of Peter Pan and first staged in 1917, Dear Brutus asks the question, if you were given a second chance at life, would you take it?
Eight strangers find themselves guests of an enigmatic gentleman, who has gathered them all on Midsummer’s Eve because of one common bond. So when an enchanted woodland, holding promises of a second chance at life, appears to them all, the guests feel compelled to enter. But how will they react when their lives are changed forever...?
The play considers if it would benefit people if they could have their lives over again and make different choices. The characters consist of couples, who all feel that they have taken a wrong turning. They are brought together to the house of an ancient individual bearing the Shakespearean name of Lob, who is described as "all that is left of Merry England".
The play runs for 1 hour and fifty minutes including an interval and tickets cost £14 or £7 for members and £10 for guests of members. Under 16s and full-time students go for £7 and concessions are £12. Buy tickets online.
It is being performed daily from 21-29 January at 8pm in the Studio from Tuesday to Saturday with a matinee performance on Sunday at 2.30pm. Note the different start time from usual at The Questors.
Audience members are required to wear a mask at all shows, unless you are medically exempt.
If you still hold a ticket to the December run of Dear Brutus, and haven't requested a refund, you should have received an email about transferring your tickets to these rescheduled dates.
