The Wheatsheaf

One of Ealing's favourite pubs has reopened after refurbishment.

The Wheatsheaf at 41 Haven Lane has been freshened up inside, and Manager, Harry James says,
'' “The bar area is softer and lighter with a clean bright floor and ceiling, comfortable new furniture and a new set of televisions, whilst maintaining a lot of the classic wood that gives The Wheatsheaf its rustic charm.''

The pub is a popular sports venue with live events throughout the week, and quiz night continues every Monday.

The drinks range has expanded with lot of new gins on offer, bee enthusiasts will have a choice of cask ales, keg beer, cider and stout options. Local and international wines are available and non-alcoholic drinks, including coffee.

The new menu crafted by Head Chef, Tomasz Baginski, includes pizzas, small plates, traditional pub food like fish n chips and Sunday roasts.

This site remains committed to providing local community news and public interest journalism.

Articles such as the one above are integral to what we do. We aim to feature as much as possible on local societies, charities based in the area, fundraising efforts by residents, community-based initiatives and even helping people find missing pets.
