New Artisan Sunday Market Launching in Ealing

And Thursday lunchtimes markets coming soon

A new street market will be opening this Sunday.

Local market organisers Eat Me Drink Me are teaming up with Ealing Council to launch the W5 Food Market on Sunday 9th October.

The 2nd & 4th Sunday of each month will see the area in front of Ealing Town Hall teeming with food stalls and hungry customers lapping up a handpicked selection of delicious food from local & global producers. The impressive line-up will showcase well-known street food & market traders alongside local businesses appearing regularly or as guests.

A weekly Thursday lunchtime street food market starts on 20th October to feed local residents, shoppers and office workers.

The Sunday markets feature a pop up wine bar from Acton’s Park + Bridge as well as a tea & macaroon tent by Tea Walla & Three Little Pigs. Also appearing on 9th October are Capo Caccia’s Sardinian fayre, Mr Truffle, Desi Baker Boy, Marsh Farm (free range fruit, veg, meat & dairy), Fresh Fish Shop, Two Guys Pies, Bliss Brownies, Great British Cheesecake Co, Mo Juicy, Il Belice Valley, Gifty’s Chilli sauces, Green Kitchen & music from the talented Amy Corcoran. There’s plenty for the kids too, with free children’s activities and covered seating.

Joining the market in a regular monthly spot on 23rd October, are Ealing based Cheeky Food Co & Just Another Slice, and from further afield Spain’s Montadito & Italy’s Lovely Pasta.

Grab a glass of wine and a bite to eat with friends, or take advantage of the free crafts to entertain the kids – there’s something for everyone. The weekly Thursday market will be the perfect lunchtime destination for busy office workers and residents alike.”
