Local nature based courses to help tackle stress depression anxiety and isolation
Free gardening and wellbeing sessions are available in Ealing thanks to Mind Food - a local social enterprise (soon-to-be charity) dedicated to helping people tackle stress, depression, anxiety and isolation.
The ‘Growing Wellbeing sessions are fun and informal, teaching food-growing alongside tips and techniques to nurture wellbeing.
The 6th session for these courses is a free visit to Kew Gardens, and participants also get to take home fresh veg they’ve helped to grow.
Participants’ ages have ranged from 18 to 82, and MindFood are passionate about promoting diversity and inclusivity. No gardening experience required!
