Could it ever catch on in Chiswick?
Richmond retailers have taken to stripping off this Christmas to promote their wares and launch a new loyalty card scheme.
Joining in the bare faced cheek of a promotion is Annie's restaurant owner Lorraine Angliss. Lorraine, who also owns Rock & Rose on Kew Road, joined other local traders who have all stripped bare for a calendar to celebrate the introduction of the Richmond Hero membership and rewards scheme supporting independent shops and businesses in the borough.
The 2009 calendars are available through all participating retailers.
The programme has the backing of national ecological and small business campaigner, Zac Goldsmith, through his Support Our Small Shops initiative.
