Popular festival attraction returns for another year!

Marmalade Jewellery is pleased to announce the launch of this year’s Marmalade Making competition for the 2012 Bedford Park Festival.

Following the success of last year’s competition they will keep a similar format. There will be two categories, classic Seville Orange and Mixed citrus fruits.

The overall grand prize is a £150 Marmalade Jewellery gift voucher for the winner and there will be a special prize this year for the best presented jar PLUS Marmalade Jewellery will donate £20 to the Festival charities for each entry.

All entries will be judged out of 10 according to the categories of taste, texture and presentation.

The first judging panel will score all entries and put forward the top three in each category to the grand celebrity judging on Saturday June 16th, the opening day of Green Days weekend and the Bedford Park Festival. This year the judging will be carried out by Vivien Lloyd and somr special Celebrity Judges who will be announced in due course. www.bedfordparkfestival.org
