344 Chiswick High Road is currently vacant

A national clothing brand looks set to open a new store on Chiswick High Road.
It is understood that Crew Clothing Company is coming to 344 Chiswick High Road, the former location of Little Dobbies.
The mini-garden centre moved to the unit in the summer of 2021, but its closure was announced last September with the company blaming high rents for a string of closures. Prior to that the unit was the home of Carluccio’s restaurant.
The arrangement of the new lease was handled by Jeremy Day of Whitman Commercial.
Crew Clothing Company is a British clothing brand founded in 1993 by Alastair Parker-Swift and currently has over 100 outlets in the UK. The origins of the company trace back to the coastal town of Salcombe in Devon, where Parker-Swift, a former professional skier who competed for England, was inspired by the laid-back, nautical style of the British seaside. Initially, he started by selling rugby shirts at local markets, blending classic British tailoring with a sporty, maritime feel. The success of these early ventures led to the opening of the first Crew Clothing store on the King’s Road.
It focuses on casual wear for men and women, including polo shirts, knitwear, chinos, and outerwear. The brand emphasizes comfort, durability, and understated elegance, drawing inspiration from both coastal and country life. Signature pieces often feature nautical motifs, soft cotton fabrics, and a colour palette of navy, white, and red.
