With an outstanding background and reputation in the health and fitness industry and over 15 years teaching experience working as a personal trainer & health consultant with body fat reduction clients Shelley brings both her passion and her expertise to every single session to help you achieve your health, fitness and wellbeing goals. Shelley specialises in body transformation programs, with clients ranging from busy mums and busy working professionals to actresses and TV personalities.

FittHer™group training is a 12 week women only body transformation program uniquely designed with the aim of progressively improving fitness, decreasing body fat mass, increasing lean muscle mass and overall improving body confidence. To ensure that you get the most out of your FittHer group training experience you will be offered a complimentary 30 minute consultation with Shelley in which she will talk you through the FittHer body fat reduction program and answer any initial questions you may have. This discussion will then be followed by a body composition test to determine your starting body fat percentage. 7 days prior to your first FittHer group training session you will receive the FittHer group training 12 week nutrition and lifestyle guide to follow as you progress through the program. Each group session will be lead by Shelley to ensure every participant is performing the exercises effectively in the pre-planned structured sequence as well as to offer continued guidance and support through your journey to a healthier lifestyle that has been tried, tested and has been proven to get results. FittHer group training sessions offer you a cost effective way to follow the FittHer program and exercise as well as socialise, in a fun and friendly environment with like-minded women with similar health and fitness goals. Outside of group training sessions Shelley will only be a phone call or email away for extra support if necessary throughout your 12 week body fat reduction journey. FittHer group training aims to help you achieve long term sustainable results in body fat reduction whilst building a supportive fitness community of local like minded women.

FittHer™personal training is a 12, 18 or 24 week bespoke body transformation program that is uniquely designed for you with the aim of progressively improving fitness, decreasing body fat mass, increasing lean muscle mass and overall improving body confidence. To ensure that you get the most out of your FittHer personal training body transformation you will be offered a complimentary 90 minute consultation with Shelley before you start your body fat reduction journey. During this consultation there will be an in depth discussion about your heath & fitness goals, lifestyle & nutritional habits and your exercise & medical history. In addition a body composition test will then be performed to determine your starting body fat percentage followed by a functional movement screen to analyse your movement patterns and expose any muscular imbalances that may cause injury if not monitored properly and progressively rectified during sessions. This consultation will allow Shelley to create the most suitable structured exercise plan for you that will fit comfortable into your lifestyle, ensuring you are able to achieve your goals in a timely and effective manner. 7 days prior to the first session of your FittHer personal training program you will also receive a bespoke FittHer body fat reduction nutrition and lifestyle guide for you to follow as you progress through the program. All of your training sessions will be delivered 1 to 1 by Shelley to ensure that you perform the exercises effectively and in a structured sequence as well as to offer extensive support through every step of your journey to developing a healthy lifestyle that has been tried, tested and has been proven to get results.
