Personal Training

At Shelley Ford Fitness we want you to get the most out of your Personal Training sessions, so before you start your Personal Training journey we offer a complimentary 60 - 90 minute introductory session with Shelley. Firstly you will discuss in depth your health & fitness goals, lifestyle & nutritional habits, and your exercise history. Secondly you will perform a Functional Movement Screen, which is designed to analyse your movement patterns, enabling Shelley to both identify and then rectify any muscular imbalances you may have in order to prevent injuries. Shelley will then devise a structured exercise plan, bringing together the latest research in both exercise and nutrition, whilst thoughtfully designing every aspect of your bespoke training program to ensure it fits comfortably into your lifestyle so you achieve your goals in a timely and effective manner. As you progress through your training plan you will constantly be encouraged to adopt a positive way of being so not only will you start to see positive changes in your body, but also in your general health and wellbeing. Shelley is dedicated to fully supporting you throughout your Personal Training journey as you transform into a fitter, healthier & happier version of yourself. Our aim at Shelley Ford Personal Training is to eventually turn you into your own Personal Trainer by teaching you how to exercise correctly, eat healthier & develop good lifestyle habits that will last a lifetime.

Group Training

Our 12 week women only body transformation program is uniquely designed with the aim of progressively improving fitness, burning excess body fat, increasing lean muscle mass and improving your body confidence. Our group training program is scheduled to begin 9th January, 2017. A week before we begin we will take your necessary measurements in order to tailor the program to your body and your needs, in addition you will receive our 12 week healthy eating and lifestyle guide to follow as you progress through the program. Throughout the program Shelley will ensure you perform the exercises and workouts in a structured sequence and develop specific eating habits that have been tried and tested and are proven to get results. Our group sessions offer you a chance to exercise as well as socialise, in a fun and friendly environment with like-minded local women. We encourage you to take before and after measurements and photographs, allowing you to monitor your own progress and observe the changes in your body. Shelley will only ever be a phone call away for extra support through your 12 week body transformation should you need it. Our aim at Shelley Ford Group Training is to get sustainable results whilst building a supportive fitness community of women in your local area. Places are limited for the 12 week programs, so in order to avoid disappointment we advise you contact us to reserve a place.
