Designed especially for beginners and improvers, our friendly, step-by-step course makes learning art enjoyable, accessible and rewarding. Over 14 weeks, you'll build confidence while exploring four exciting mediums: pencil, oil pastels, watercolours and acrylics.
This autumn's curriculum features a beautiful collection of seasonal projects, including atmospheric autumn landscapes, expressive urban scenes, vibrant still life studies and festive winter paintings. Along the way, you'll develop essential artistic skills such as colour mixing, blending, perspective, composition and layering, with each lesson building naturally on the last.
By the end of the course, you'll have created at least eight original works of art to take home and be proud of. More importantly, you'll have gained the skills and confidence to keep creating long after the course has finished.
The Seasons Art Class Chiswick & Hammersmith is about more than learning to paint. It's a chance to set aside a few hours each week to relax, unwind and immerse yourself in something creative while meeting like-minded people who share your enthusiasm. Many of our students tell us the welcoming atmosphere and friendships they make are just as rewarding as the artwork they produce.
To celebrate everything you've achieved, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your work at our end-of-term student exhibition, where family, friends and the local community can admire your progress and celebrate your artistic journey.
Our Autumn Course begins on Thursday 10th September, with classes held every Thursday at Chiswick Methodist Church, Chiswick High Road, London W4 4NL.
- Morning: 10:00am – 1:00pm
- Afternoon: 2:00pm – 5:00pm
