It’s that time of year again! THE HOGARTH SANTA RUN 2023. This time we’re fundraising for Shelter and we want to make it bigger and better!

DAY AND TIME
Sunday 17th December
9.45am arrival – grab your Santa goodie bag and get your Santa suit on!
10am ‘Super Santa Warm-up!’ – hosted by a rotation of Hogarth PTs and Instructors on the front tennis court
10.15 - 10.30 GO! – the Santas are released onto West London!

THE RUN
7.5km around the 2 Bridges route – anticlockwise
Hogarth Club – Barnes Bridge – Hammersmith Bridge – Hogarth Club
You can walk, run or jog! There will be marshals to guide you

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
• We will be hosting a Super Santa Warm up and an address from one of Shelter’s ambassadors before the run on the front tennis court
• There will be a SECRET CELEBRITY SANTA appearance on the day
• Christmas Carol songs sung by Arts Ed choir

£20 (adult ticket) £5 (child ticket – under 14s) includes:
Santa Suit
Donation
Mulled Wine and Mince Pie tokens

Alternatively – there is the option for a Donation – people can donate however much they like if they’re unable to join the event

FAQs

Do I need to bring a Santa suit?
A one-size-fits-all Santa Suit is included in your ticket, which we recommend putting on over your activewear.

How long is the run?
The ‘2 Bridges’ route is 7.5km from The Hogarth Club, up to Barnes bridge, then round to Hammersmith bridge, then back to the Club!

How long will it last?
We ask that you arrive at 9.45 to register and put on your Santa Suits! 10am the Super Santa Warm Up will commence and we’ll set off just before 10.30!

Can I bring kids?
Yes! Kids of any age are welcome to join and they are £5. (a Child Santa Suit is Jacket: Length 55cm, Shoulder 38cm, Chest 43cm, Sleeve 52cm. Trousers: Length 90cm, Waist 52cm) if they are smaller than this – they are welcome to come in free!

What size are the children Santa Suits?
Jacket: Length 55cm, Shoulder 38cm, Chest 43cm, Sleeve 52cm
Trousers: Length 90cm, Waist 52cm

Can I leave my belongings anywhere?
We will have a dedicated area for non-members to leave their coats and bags! We ask that you do not leave any valuables at the Club, or do so at your own risk.

Is there parking?
Yes, we do have a private car park on site which will be free for the event, but spaces are limited and members will take priority. Most of the surrounding streets offer free parking on Sunday.

Do I need to sign anything?
To join us on the run, yes you will need to fill out a Health Declaration which will be emailed to you ahead of the event for yourself and each participant you have purchased a ticket for to fill out. It’s essential that this is completed before arrival, so the Santa fun can begin sooner!

Do I have to run or can I walk?
You can run, walk, skip or jog, whatever you’re comfortable with! We will have marshals throughout the run.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes! We will have dog bowls in our patio area. We do ask if they can please be kept on a lead and not come inside the Club.
