Ark Farm Visits The Sunday Food Market

Come along and meet the friendly, very well cared for animals.

 

The next free family event at the Food Market, Dukes Meadows, is a visit by Ark Farm, bringing some of their friendly, very well cared for animals.

Dukes Meadow say it's always lovely to have them at the market. The animals are reared and grow up together, so ducks, chickens, guinea pigs, Plop the Barn Owl, Tobias the Horsefield Tortoise and the two black Labradors all get along. The enclosure is large, so animals can stay away from people or approach if they are feeling friendly. Shade, if needed and water are provided.

Ark Farm will be at the Market 10 till 2 on Sunday 4th June.

 

 

The Food Market Chiswick is organised by community charity Dukes Meadows Trust, all proceeds from running it are used to improve and maintain the park. The Market is open 10am to 2pm every Sunday except Easter Sunday and the Sunday between Christmas and New Year. More information on the website www.thefoodmarketchiswick.com.
