Chiswick Mall the most expensive road in the W4 area
The top addresses in the Chiswick area have been revealed in a new table which shows the roads which have seen the highest average prices for property sales.
Top of the list is Chiswick Mall, with its riverside location and fine houses is, unsurprisingly top of the list. It is followed by six streets in the Bedford Park area. In all eight road in Chiswick are seeing an average transaction price of over £1 million.
Over the last year (up to the end of December) the average property in W4 has fallen by 1.7% The average home price in W4 is now just over £400,000.
