Felicity J Lord Closes Its Chiswick Branch

Staff and business of local estate agent moved to Ealing branch

Estate agent Felicity J Lord has closed its branch in Chiswick.

The estate agent, based at 277-279 Chiswick High Road opened in 2013 with a fanfare party, including a visit by the then local MP Mary Macleod.

It is not known why the branch closed suddenly but locals noticed that the windows had been whited out and the office locked earlier this week.

We have asked the company for comment.

It is understood the staff have been moved to the Ealing branch which will now handle all business from Chiswick.

Felicity J Lord had been involved in sponsoring local community events, including the Elmwood Road Neighbourhood Street Party.

Founded in 1998, and part of Spicerhaart, the UK’s largest independent estate agency group, it currently has branches throughout North London, the City, Docklands, West as well as South West and South East London.
