Whitman & Co Estate Agents have come up with an extra special way of showing their gratitude to the NHS as they continue to care for the nation during the Covid19 crisis.

To show how appreciative the Whitman team are, they are offering 50% off all sales fees to all NHS staff for the next six months. Furthermore, they are committing 2% of all sales commissions to NHS Charities Together for the next 6 months, too. Last year this would have amounted to around £15,000 over a 6-month period and the team are hoping they can give the NHS charities something similar!

As Director Chris Chalmers says "Whilst we've all been staying at home, they have been on the front line looking after us. We want to show have appreciative we are for everything they have done. We've been out clapping them vigorously every Thursday and will continue to do so. They are an inspiration to us all."

Following the recent changes to government guidelines, the office of Whitman and Co will now be manned, albeit with reduced staff and a closed-door policy for now. So, you will have to wait a little while to see their Joe Wicks bodies and Peaky Blinders home haircuts! One place you might encounter them are on viewings or valuations. These are taking place subject to following strict guidelines for sales, lettings and commercial properties. The wellbeing of the team, clients and wider community are still of paramount importance.
