Staff members are ranked as the number one, two and three estate agents in Chiswick
Ranking amongst the top three agents in Chiswick is certainly nothing to be sniffed at. Even ranking amongst the top two would not be bad but when staff members are ranked as the number one, two and three estate agents in Chiswick, that is something to truly be proud of. Property Manager Annabel Siong was awarded the gold award, Senior Consultant Sue Day walked away with silver and Associate Director Phillip Cannon took the bronze award in the AllAgents Awards.AllAgents is an independent review site for the UK property industry. Members of the public can rate area estate and lettings agents and write a detailed account of their experience. The reviews are completely unbiased, although they must be verified to ensure they originate from genuine customers. Agents can respond to customer posts but cannot alter the customer's original review. The aim is to provide potential customers with an unflinching view of which estate agents offer the best service to buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords.
Each year, AllAgents then runs the annual awards in which the agents with the best customer reviews over the past 12 months are recognised. Agencies start afresh each year, giving every agency an equal shot at the top awards. It is the only property award scheme which is judged by customers themselves and not others within the industry. As AllAgents attests, “AllAgents Award winners represent the very best of the UK property industry and consumers can feel certain that anyone of our annual winners meet the highest expectations for customer service”.
Managing Director Russell Day comments, “We're incredibly proud of Annabel, Sue and Phillip. In 2017, we won the Best Overall Agent in W4 so it's fantastic that they have continued to build upon that success. Annabel, Sue and Phillip are always there to go the extra mile for our clients so I'm glad their wonderful efforts have been recognised yet again. We're a local, family run business so for us, it's always about building relationships with our neighbours and the community.”
