I write to let you know that after 14-months since exiting my previous W4 Franchise business, which I launched in April 2017 and proudly continues its good work today – I am starting a new business.

The plan is to go even smaller and work with a handful of clients at a time, with me being your sole point of contact from our first conversation to the completion of your sale. I have been selling property since 2006 and I am one of a small group of estate agents in Chiswick that can boast over a decade experience in W4.

I am very aware how the property market conditions have changed in the last 12-months, with mortgage rates soaring to their highest levels for 15-years. But I would say that is even more reason to have an experienced specialist working for you, and an agent who has also worked through times of adversity i.e., Global Financial Crisis, Brexit, and the Pandemic – which I have.

In Chiswick, we have some brilliant estate agents and individuals & companies that have been part of the furniture for 3 decades. I appreciate these agents are the ‘safe option’ to work with on your sale, but it would be great to talk and meet with you before you make that choice.
