Old Meadonians FC announce new kit deal

Sponsorship from The Sports Cafe, Haymarket extended to all ten sides at OMFC

Following the success of Old Meadonians last season, winning an historic treble at the highest level, the Club sponsors have extended their generosity to all ten sides this coming season.

Dave Tyler, Chairman, in his opening remarks at the recent Annual General Meeting, said, "this is a first for OMFC and reflects the success brought about by the passion and hard work shown by the committed members of the Club".

At the same meeting, Krakow was announced as the venue, for the now Legendary OMFC Tours, for their 2004 excursion. It was expected that the normal 50 members would be traveling and enjoying the cultural City at an inexpensive cost.

Many new players were expected at the Club this season at all levels and this can only be good for the camaraderie and competitiveness of the Club. Only one position, from 24 available for election to, remained unfilled at committee level reflecting the resurgence of energies within the Club over the last three years.

In support of The Friends of Dukes Meadows many members are taking part in the Five Mile Fun Run organised for the 14th September. Old Meadonians FC with Chiswick RFC manage and maintain Riverside Lands Playing Fields and are keen to promote the surrounding areas for local use.
