"When I designed Sam’s, I wanted it to be a place where people could either book if they wanted to or just drop in. Also, in the worse case senario, have a drink in the bar whilst waiting for a table!

"To me that is what a brasserie and especially a local brasserie is all about." says Sam Harrison.

"Part of us being a brasserie is enticing you to pop in for lunch. Therefore, during May and June we will be running a special steak offer on Friday lunchtimes.

"With our steak, chips and béarnaise sauce we are offering either a complimentary glass of our house white or red wine or a pint of Starapromen Czech beer."
