Winter Warming Menu Launches at West London's Napa Restaurant

Festive delights served up in the Chiswick Moran Hotel

Classic dishes with modern flair top the menu at the Chiswick Moran Hotel West London's diners can tuck into a new medley of delectable dishes as an enticing Winter Menu has been introduced at Napa, the destination restaurant at the Chiswick Moran Hotel.

Specialising in classic British cuisine with a twist, Napa has launched a variety of new starters, mains and desserts that showcase the best of the new season's local produce. Two new flavour-filled starters have been introduced – Artichoke & roast garlic soup and smoked chicken, pork & apricot terrine with apple & plum chutney. In addition, a pan-fried scallops dish has been re-worked with an accompaniment of onion puree and a tomato & chilli compote. A new seasonal salad of candied pecans, cranberry and roquette can be served as a starter or a main course, and a salad of stilton, poached pear and roquette has been added to the "Classic Napa" specialties list.

Five new dishes have been introduced to the menu of mains – honey roast butternut squash risotto with toasted pumpkin seeds; confit duck leg with lentils and smoked bacon ragout; seabass fillet with grilled baby artichokes, fennel confit and salsa verde; braised daube of beef with celeriac mash, roasted shallots and mushrooms; and venison with a sweet potato fondant, artichoke puree and red cabbage. For sweet delights, the dessert menu has debuted a plum tart tatin with cinnamon ice cream; crème brulee with a biscotti biscuit; and a sumptuous ginger bread, cranberry and orange cheesecake.

Located in leafy West London, city-chic meets retro-glamour at Napa. The restaurant has a contemporary green and floral design, with vintage image walls and stylish furniture. Napa is open for breakfast and dinner daily, and lunch Sunday - Friday. Hotel guests, local residents and visitors are all welcome to dine, and the hotel also boasts the trendy Globe Bar, known for its exquisite cocktails and people watching.
