And delight Turkish food fans with new ground floor cafe
Although one refit was planned for Andy's, the popular local takeaway / restaurant has actually had two!
Unfortunately, the first renovation came to an abrupt halt after the main builder suffered a family bereavement and had to leave the country.
Unable to carry on the work that had already been down, a second team of builders began the refurbishment all over again.
The good news is that Andy's is set to re-open - albeit ground floor only - this Tuesday 19th June.
Andy told ChiswickW4.com "The ground floor is going to be a cafe serving coffee, breakfasts, pastries and all sorts of lovely things! I hope the upstairs restaurant will also be ready very soon."
Although it appears far from ready, Andy's complete conviction that this is his week to re-open and his enthusiasm for this new ground floor venture might just make it happen.
