Watch Michael Nadra cooking on Tuesday night
Well-known local chef Michael Nadra will be seen cooking on ITV's Best Dish: The Chefs show on ITV 1 this Tuesday, November 29th.
In the programme, professional chefs are put through their paces in front of a team of food critics to win the accolade of inventing the Britain's Best Dish. This is the first time professional chefs have been filmed - the previous series was for amateur cooks.
The chefs create a special dish for the show in front judges Ed Baines, John Burton Race, and Jilly Goolden.
Also in attendance are experts from the Good Food Guide - the UK's best selling restaurant guide.
Michael told ChiswickW4.com that he was very honoured to have been chosen as one of the 16 London chefs taking part in the cookery contest.
He was given the choice of preparing either a main course or a dessert , and decided to cook fillet steak with foie gras, sweetbreads, ceps and girolles,with a truffle veloute and red wine jus.
His opponent for the 60-minute contest was Abdul Yaseem , the head chef at Cinnamon Kitchen restaurant whose dish was Bengali spiced Lobster.

According to ITV, regional winners are entered into the national finals where they will be "pushed to their limits as they take on the fight of a lifetime."
The competition culminates in a nail-biting grand final that sees the talented chefs face the ultimate test – cooking for the expert judges and a 100-strong studio audience to prove they have the Best Dish.
