Chiswick sushi shop 'needs improvement' says food hygiene inspector
Yuma Sushi, which is based on Acton Lane, close to Chiswick Park Tube station, has been told it 'needs improvement' following a visit from the food hygiene inspectors.
The Ealing Council food hygiene inspector awarded a level 2 which means 'requires improvements'.
Although the inspector's report states that there was some confidence in management the ratings specifically for Food Hygiene and Safety and Structural Compliance were poor.
We have asked Yuma Sushi for a comment and await an answer.
Yuma Sushi website says that they provide the "taste and lightness of Japanese cuisine in a selection of appetising combinations, freshly prepared for you by our highly qualified chefs".
They also offer platters for sharing and a catering service.
Yuma Sushi had been operating in Richmond before it opened in Chiswick in 2016.
