Sixteen new homes planned on site on Fisher's Lane

A planning application has been submitted to develop the Swan Business Centre on Fisher's Lane into residential properties.

The proposals include the demoltion of the existing offices and the building of sixteen two and three-bedroom properties, with landscaping and off-street car parking.

The business centre has been in operation for over twenty-five years providing service office accommodation of various sizes.
