Seeking donations to help others in the community
Harvest Celebration – 10.00 on Sunday 12 October
St Michael’s Church, Elmwood Road, Chiswick, W4 3DY
Come and celebrate Harvest and help others at the same time - with a service led by the children and young people of St Michael’s.
This year at Harvest they are seeking donations for: the residents of Meadowcroft (supported housing for the elderly in the parish); Hestia, a refuge for women and children; Manor Children’s Centre in Northolt (which gives outreach support to vulnerable families within the local community); FoodBank and Christian Aid.
Please bring donations to the service with you or leave them inside the porch of the Church. All donations are welcome and gratefully accepted!
Bring along something to donate to the Harvest Wish List if you can but most importantly just come along !Fresh fruit & veg, long-life milk and juices, baby food, baby milk, pasta, cereals, sauces, rice, mash, beans, tinned potatoes, pulses, fruit, veg and meat or fish, tins of soup, jam, biscuits, snack bars, tea, coffee and sugar.
Other very welcome donations would be:
Soaps, shampoo, body wash/gel, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, baby nappies & wipes
All are welcome.
