Talk On 'Il Signor' At St Nicholas Church


Garden historian Sally Jeffery will discuss William Kent

Local architectural and garden historian Sally Jeffery will give a talk on "William Kent: 'Il Signor' in Chiswick" at St Nicholas' Church, Chiswick on March 23rd at 1900.

Her talk, which coincides with the opening of the exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum on "William Kent. “Designing Georgian Britain", will focus on Kent's work on Chiswick Villa and its gardens.

All welcome: entrance £7.00 (concessions £5.00; free to Friends of St Nicholas Church). Doors open at 6.30pm; refreshments will be available.
