Open Gardens This Weekend In Chiswick


Peaceful settings on public view for charity

On Friday May 25th from 6-8pm, four gardens on Chiswick Mall will be open as part of the ‘yellow book’ National Garden Scheme, in aid of various charities. They are; Field House, Swan House, Longmeadow and 16 Eyot Gardens. £12 per head, including a glass of wine.

This peaceful riverside setting offers five unique gardens.Two walled gardens - one large and one small, artists' studio garden, exotic water garden and town house garden with extensive vegetable garden.

On Sunday May 27th from 2 to 5pm, five of these gardens are open, group price £8, tickets for individual garden £2 each. Details here.

Also on Sunday May 27th from 2-6pm, 17 gardens in Flanchford Road and Hartswood Road, W12 will be open in aid of The Upper Room, a local charity helping the disadvantaged. A wonderful mix of planting, size and character; teas, homemade ice creams, plants for sale and children’s treasure hunt.

Entry to all gardens £5, children free. Tickets from 2 Flanchford Road, or 3 and 31 Hartswood Road.
