Chiswick Honda Garage Turns Into Movie Set For A Day
But were Brad, Cameron or Michael Fassbender inside?
The Honda garage in Power Road, Chiswick will feature in a Hollywood blockbuster.
Staff at the garage found their place of work turned into a film set last Tuesday (September 18) when a film crew from 'The Counselor' arrived in the early morning.
The movie, which is being directed by Ridley Scott, is based on the Cormac McCarthy book ' No Country For Old Men' and being filmed at various locations in the UK.
Filming took place inside the showroom
Trucks and trailers from the movie, which stars Brad Pitt, Michael Fassbender, Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem, and Cameron Diaz were parked along the road for the day.
According to locals, an area inside the showroom was cordoned off as filming took place, and people tweeted that the Hollywood A-Listers were in W4.
One local said;"It was very exciting but we couldn't see much - the area where they were filming was closed off although the rest of the garage was open for business".

Many of the scenes for the movie, which tells the story of a London lawyer (Fassbender) who becomes involved over his head with a gang of drug-dealers, are being filmed in London. Movie fan websites have shown pictures of Fassbender on set in east London.
Brad Pitt is reunited with director Ridley Scott for the first time since he got his big break in 'Thelma and Louise' in 1991. The actor is currently renting a house in Surrey.
Ridley Scott’s London office said they could not give any information on the whereabouts of the film's stars, or confirm if any of them had been filming in Chiswick.
Local workers told ChiswickW4.com that it was difficult to see whether any famous actors were in the neighbourhood as the area was well cordoned off with security.
Several tweets that Michael Fassbinder was part of the day’s filming could not be confirmed. A spokesman for Honda said they were unable to comment further.
Charlie's Angel star Cameron Diaz was recently filmed on the bonnet of a yellow Ferrari at Stock Park golf club in Buckinghamshire. Her character in the film keeps a pet cheetah.
The Counselor, with screenplay by Cormac McCarthy, brings husband-and-wife team Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz together, although there is no information on their characters available.
The film's release next year is hotly anticipated, given the high calibre cast involved.
