Mystery Fly Tipper In Dukes Meadows

And the local Trust wants your help to identify the culprit

The Dukes Meadows Trust has asked the public to help them identify who was responsible for the fly tipped waste left in Dan Mason Drive in Dukes Meadows last weekend.

Hugh Fenton Anwell of the Trust says: "It is the second time waste has been left there in two weeks, damaging the park and foisting the cost of removing it onto the local council and ultimately Hounslow's council tax payers.

He continued: "It is likely that whoever originally owned the waste has paid a contractor to legitimately dispose of it and they would probably be mortified to know their waste has been illegally dumped."

This photograph shows an image of what appears to be a display of paper copies of the cover of a book The Orchard on Fire by novelist Shena Mackay and an article entitled ' Childhood haunts..."

If you have any information on these fly tips please contact Hugh at admin@dukesmeadowstrust.org.

"We are very keen to identify who is doing this so that they can be reported to the council who will take action against them," he commented.
