The Grove Park Tournament – Sunday May 16th kick off 10am sharp.

Kindly supported by Aktiva Camps at Chiswick Community School, Burlington Lane.

Free entry for spectators

Maximum of 8 per team (5-A-Side with 3 subs)
Entry is £34 per team, pay by cash or cheque (payable to Grove Park Primary School PTA)

There will be separate competitions for the following age groups:

U11 / Year 6 (under 11 years of age at 31/8/2010)
U10 / Year 5 (under 10 years of age at 31/8/2010
U9 / Year 4 (under 9 years of age at 31/8/2010)
U8 / Years 3 and 2 (under 8 & over 6 years of age at 31/8/2010)

All teams must be accompanied by an adult (over 18+)
