Party On The Pier

An event organised by Chiswick Pier Trust

On Sunday 27th July the Trust have organised a fun day on and off the river at Chiswick Pier.

Why not encourage the children to go river dipping? It’s great fun but can be rather muddy! Just bring your wellies, wear appropriate clothes and get stuck in. Meet Thames Explorer Trust at 10.30 at the Pier House.

The first free boat trip sails at 11.30 from the Pier. “Princess Freda” is a Dunkirk Little Ship and she will be sailing every 45 minutes throughout the afternoon .

Also on the water and starting at 11.30 will be canoe taster sessions organised by the Canoe Club. The Pier House and bar officially open at 11.30 when you will be able to browse a great selection of stalls, have a bite to eat from the BBQ, and a drink from the Fullers bar. Hot and cold drinks, cakes and ice creams are also available.

Relax and soak up the atmosphere by the river whilst listening to popular band Shenanigans.

Amanda’s Action Club is joining again this year and Amanda will be doing 3 interactive fun sessions with the children at 12.45, 2.00 and 3.00.

Also guaranteed to keep the children happy isface painting by Cheeky Chops.
