New exciting play trail installed in playground over Easter holidays
Over the Easter holidays, a new and exciting play trail has been installed at Belmont Primary School in Chiswick.
Featuring a log traverse, a rope wall climber and shimmy ropes, the new equipment is designed to meet the needs of developing children by building confidence and improving balance and eye-foot coordination.
It has been specifically designed and installed by Sovereign, specialists in imaginative and safe playground equipment.
The new play trail was financed solely by the BHSA, a parent / teacher charity set up to support the school by raising money for such projects.
The £15,000 cost of the play trail represents approximately three school fairs, seven prize raffles, or 15 years of cake sales.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 3pm on Monday, 19 April at Belmont School to celebrate the installation of this exciting addition to the junior playground.
