Dukes Meadows Golf and Tennis Club in Chiswick has been given a 'below par' rating for food hygiene by Hounslow Council.
A rating of level 2 (Improvement Necessary) was given by an inspector who carried out an inspection of the premises this September.
The club was rated as 'poor' for food hygiene and safety. This means that in the opinion of the inspector there was some major non-compliance with statutory obligations and more effort was required to prevent a fall in standards.
The report rated the club as 'Fair' for structural compliance and said that there was 'some' confidence in management.
Dukes Meadows Golf and Tennis Club is a 'pay and play' facility with no membership fees. As well as the nine hole golf course and tennis courts there is a ski centre offer in door simulated skiing and snowboarding.
The club has a licensed café bar over looking the course as well as a 200 sq m ballroom which is hired out for functions.
We have asked the Dukes Meadows Golf and Tennis Club management for comment and await a response.
